Who we are
The Cofresi Hills project is the responsibility of a Polish capital group with over 30 years of experience in the development market in Europe. We started investing in the Dominican Republic in 2016, in cooperation with development companies from Spain and the USA. The project resulted in the creation of an independent development company registered in the Dominican Republic.
Our company has its own land on which it builds luxury apartments, involving its own capital. The Polish board and management of the company guarantee the transparency and security of investments. Construction, legal and sales processes are supervised by our experts who take care of the entrusted capital. We offer support in Polish language at every stage of the project.
