Stage I
In the first phase, we offer 11 apartments with an ocean view. 7 one-bedroom, 1 two-bedroom, 3 three-bedroom. Some of the apartments are already finished and furnished, ready for use. The rest are being finished. One of the buildings is under expansion, therefore we plan to complete the entire stage in the second half of 2022. The advancement of stage one works is 80%.

Stage II
The second stage consists of 32 modern and spacious apartments located in two 8-story buildings on the seafront. All ocean view suites. At this stage, we already have a legally valid building permit, and we are in the process of evaluating construction works with the general contractor, so that in the second half of 2022 we can sign the relevant contracts and start the works.

Stage III
The third stage will consist of 80 modern and luxurious apartments. The commencement of works on the third phase is planned for 2023.
Investment stages
12 luxury apartments make the heart of our project. This is just the first stage of the work we have undertaken to create the Cofresi Hills Residence complex. In the second and third stages of expansion, we will provide several dozen more apartments. We have a legally valid building permit for three 8-story apartment buildings on both sides of the existing complex.
We plan to start the implementation of this stage in 2021. We are currently working on further permits for the neighboring plots, which, in the third stage, shall be built-up and turnkey finished. In this way, Cofresi Hills will become a complex of over 100 luxury apartments. We will successively present the visualizations of stages 2 and 3 on our websites.
